Shipping

In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Made-to-order pieces ship once the piece is complete — the estimated timeline is shown on each product page.

Every order is shipped insured and requires a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.

Made-to-order and personalized pieces (custom engraving, resized, or built to your specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
